About The Teacher

Hi friends!

My name is Grace Bex, Founder/Owner of Gracefully Fit. I am a American College of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer from Auburn University, Army Wife and Mom. I started my business after the birth of my daughter taught me how truly hard it is, as a mother and as a woman, to regain the body I once had. We live in a world that seems to expect women to rebound perfectly as quickly as possible, but let me tell you- good things take time, effort, and believing in yourself! My mission is to empower women to learn to love their bodies through each of their unique fitness journeys. I strive to build your confidence both in and out of the gym so you can take charge of your life and get started on your new healthy lifestyle. Whether you’re near or far, young or old, kids or no kids, a beginner or experienced, we are ALL on a beautiful journey and each step of the way should be celebrated.

I aim to always be raw and real with my clients. I have failed many times in my own fitness and health journey, but I have always been open about the ups and downs because, in my opinion, that is what a true fitness journey is like. I have survived an eating disorder for over 7 years and have battled depression and won and lost many times. I am determined to prove to people that through the highs and lows you CAN come out on top and fitness and wellness can be a healthy outlet for you.
