Hi, I'm Anke.
The fascination for the secrets of a long and happy life has moved me since I can think.
My professional experience as a doctor, a regular activity as a medical lecturer and training in the field of fitness training and yoga have flowed into the development of my methodology of lifestyle training.
Through my personal career I can combine current scientific findings with awareness-forming and body-centered principles.
I am convinced that a holistic and conscious lifestyle is the basis for well-being and vitality. To accompany people there and be a role model for them motivates me and makes me happy. In doing so, I strictly reject dogmatic guidelines - rather, I want to support my clients individually and personally. It is my aim to make sure that we are simply doing well in every personal life and work situation, in every phase of our lives.
