About The Teacher
Cecilia has a very special gift for simplicity and authenticity in her way of cooking and dealing with foods. She has a naturally holistic approach when it comes to nourishing the body and the soul with what nature brings to us. She’s been part of the team since the very beginning and now we can say upfront that her food is sublime, elegant and full of love.
She is a Flexitarian cook. Flexitarianism is a food trend consisting on being vegetarian but in a flexible way. It's based on a diet with in-season vegetables, but without giving up healthy animal products occasionally.
"As a result of various personal growth experiences, I immersed myself in research on nutrition and how it directly affects our balance, on which our health depends.
At the moment I am student of dietetics and nutrition with an organic approach and I am adding to my technical and creative knowledge other abilities acquired in diverse fields, that merge in the kitchen to obtain that balance through nutrition.
My cooking is simple and colorful. I use local, organic and seasonal foods, which results in energizing, natural, flexible and personalized meals."
