About The Teacher

My experiences with Plant Medicine started at a very young age and created a path to learn and grow as the interaction with different plants and teachers continued.

I experienced their healing and transformative powers on my own personal life and was organically guided to work with plants. After a long preparation and learning process to work with Ayahuasca, I finally felt prepared to share this magical experience with others.

For over a decade now I have been working with Ayahuasca and other plant medicines, and serve as a guide facilitating the medicines, helping many people during the ceremonies and after to integrate the experience.

Our group at Ayahuasca Costa Rica has created a place of self-healing, from preparation of the medicine, supporting every participant in their experience, during ceremonies, and the integration after. For each of us it is service - to each of you, who feel the call to work with these magical ancestral plants.

Why Retreat?

We asked people why they go on retreat, here's what they said:

After participating in more yoga classes and events this year than in my entire life, I am yearning for the opportunity to attend a professional retreat. The opportunity to grow my practice, learn from talented students and teachers, and immerse myself in this gorgeous Red Feather Lakes sanctuary is the dream of a lifetime! Sara
