About The Teacher
As a certified yoga and Pilates instructor, this motto informs my teachings and my personal practice. My classes are a nourishing combination of yogic philosophy, challenging asanas, and connection to the breath. My broad base of influences and trainings include Buddhist philosophy, A.G. Mohan, Janet Stone, Thai Yoga Massage, ecstatic dance, and health coaching. I encourage and teach the integration of mantras into everyday living as a simple tool for maintaining emotional balance and stability.
