As a Women’s Empowerment Coach, I am passionate about supporting empowered, passionate women to heal through self doubt and limiting fears into powerful, personal embodiment.

My purpose is to support, empower, inspire, motivate and donate.

By focusing on self exploration, inquiry and discovery to overcome blocks and challenges I assist women to embody their personal power and connect deeply to their personal strengths. This can be professional, personal, relationships, etc & typically becomes a combination of all.

My methods are rooted in both my personal experiences with self discovery and healing and, my professional experience in nursing health care, therapeutic relationship building, yogic philosophy, skills in alternative health care modalities, Reiki energy healing, teaching, leadership and mentorship.
