Jasmine Nooij, MSc psychologist, yoga & mindfulness instructor, masseuse and biodynamic breath therapist. Jasmine helps people in their search for happiness, health and wisdom. It's her mission to make a positive contribution to a better, loving and more beautiful world. A number of values are important in this regard; self-insight, love, spiritual growth, personal success and health.

Jasmine uses proven therapeutic and spiritual methods, such as yoga, mindfulness, breath work & mental and emotional trainings, which make people feel more loving and happier in life. She teaches people, in a lively way, to be more present in the NOW with more acceptance! Jasmine has developed a unique yoga and therapy style that brings people closer to their own strength, love, wisdom true self.
