About The Teacher

Pam 500 RYT is a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). She received her 200hr certification from Glenmore Yoga in Richmond, VA, and completed her 300hr advanced certification in Goa, India with Indra Yoga Institute. In addition to Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, Pam has acquired training in: Ayurveda (yoga's sister science for health), yin yoga certification, trauma informed yoga (CEs), Y12SR (yoga for recovery) certification, mindfulness and meditation practices, kundalini kriyas (CEs), tantric breath-work and other pranayama practices. Pam loves to combine her various passions and practices that facilitate yogic balanced, heart-full and connected mind/body/spirit living by offering a variety of classes, workshops and retreats that incorporate health and (w)holistic wellness, including yoga, meditation, breath therapy, Ayurveda, herbals, essential oils and other natural, nature and art therapies. She specializes in Women's Wellness Weekend Immersions/ Retreats at her riverside home in Richmond, VA and beyond.
