About The Teacher

I've always practiced sports since my childhood, and it was later when I was an adult that I decided to work as a personal trainer.

I did my studies at the faculty of sports of Nice where I got my STAPS License to be able to teach as a certified sports coach.

I also invested more than ten years as a Thai boxing competitor and coach at Kimé Dojo in Nice, and I had the opportunity to pass a graduate of Thai boxing instructor to teach this discipline.

An idealist in the soul, I had at heart to bring a maximum of well-being to the people.

I could not be limited to my sense of the practice of a single discipline. I was looking for a more global approach that could generate a real transformation both physically and mentally.

After having the chance to live a year rich in human and professional development in Sydney, I obtained the graduate of personal trainer level IV Australia and I have developed my skills in CrossFit.

I turned to fitness and workout to improve my abilities in Cross-training!

Why Retreat?

We asked people why they go on retreat, here's what they said:

Reconnecting with myself after a very crazy few months with a new baby! Just having that feeling of being grounded again. But also having an opportunity to connect with new amazing people. Getting exposed and Inspired by new (to me) yoga instructors (and community). Being in the presence of real, authentic and raw emotion (the whole spectrum).. So many reasons! Alyson
