About The Teacher
After practicing various sports during my teenage years, including high-level synchronized swimming, I felt like I needed to reconcile my profession as a lawyer with the practice of regular physical activity.
First, yoga was an excellent alternative in that I could practice it freely whenever I wanted it or rather whenever I could: in my room when I woke up, during my breaks in my office, in the evening when I got back home from work.
Finally, it has been much more than that.
Quickly I realized that it was not a simple physical activity, but a real way of inner transformation.
Between pranayamas (breathing exercises) and asanas (postures), I began to glimpse its infinite potential on the physical, mental and spiritual levels.
Therefore, I turned towards yoga when I was on the verge of burnout.
Too much work, too much pressure and not enough time for myself. I felt that I needed deep changes in my life.
I decided to take a yoga teacher training course at the Sivananda Yoga Ashram in Orleans. This training course was the most powerful experience of my life.
Beyond the fabulous encounters I have made, I especially discovered myself. I learned to control my breath, to channel my energy, to calm my mind, so many things that had been difficult until then.
The year that followed this training course, I was filled with new energy and a deep desire to immerse myself. I alternated between my home and the ashram where Swamis (monks) and teachers trusted me to teach.
This is how I was able to deepen my own practice and my teaching.
Subsequently, I was given the opportunity to train yoga teachers in India, in the heart of the Himalayas, where the sacred Ganges originates.
This experience was rich and overwhelming.
The feeling of happiness, serenity, and immense joy which I feel when I practice, I want to teach you how you can feel it too. I wish I could help you to reveal to you and to the world.
