Paul Johnson is a multi-instrumental performer and composer who draws his influences from the folk traditions of Europe, Africa, and India. He plays a wide range of instruments specializing in ethnic flutes, reeds, and bagpipes. He has worked extensively in theatre notably at Shakespeare's Globe for the last decade. He enjoys improvisation, bespoke site-specific work and sound healing. Live music has the ability to touch people emotionally and working interactively in close quarters with an audience maximizes this potential.
