Lindsay is an Annapolis, Maryland native who developed her love for the sea through sailing, surfing, stand up paddling and travel. She moved to Colorado with the intention of staying for a winter season and heading to Southern California but fell in love with the mountains, rivers and yoga community in the Denver area. Her adventurous personality and love of the mountains and tropics has fueled the search for the perfect setting to take her practice out of the yoga studio and into nature. Lindsay is a senior Yoga teacher at Kindness Yoga, Denver’s top yoga studio, and is on staff offering their 200 hr yoga teacher trainings and international retreats.
When Lindsay isn’t busy teaching, she can be found competing in Stand Up Paddle events across the country on rivers, lakes and oceans. Lindsay has many podium finishes in SUP and is known as the fastest woman in Colorado!
As a yoga teacher, Lindsay is a 200 hour E-RYT with Yoga Alliance and finishing her 500 hour yoga certification in 2014. She has over a decade of yoga experience, is a certified personal trainer, and an ambassador for Oakley Women, Sawyer Paddles, Pistachio Chewy Bites, and Boardworks SUP. She was awarded as one of the top yoga teachers in Denver in 2013 by the Mile High Yoga Experience, has led the largest, 1,200 person, yoga class in Denver for Yoga Rocks the Park and most recently she has been a presenting SUP Yoga Instructor at Wanderlust Yoga Festivals.
