Christa Angelo, RYT 200, stumbled onto her first yoga class more than 12 years ago and has been practicing ever since. She received her certification to teach Hatha Yoga in the U.S. and has taught both in her home country and abroad for the last seven years.
Her teaching style and philosophy blends an eclectic mix of Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga, Anusara and Yin Yoga. She weaves together her training, experiences, knowledge of anatomy and intuition to guide students through a balanced and rhythmic yoga experience with moments of challenging effort as well as deep relaxation.
