Dan Chikyuu Donohue, MRO

Dan Chikyuu Donohue has been a formal MRO student since 2013 and received Jukai in 2022. He’s spent over 20 years developing and managing educational programs in the U.S. and around the world. He currently serves as the Executive Director of the New York Society for Ethical Culture. He’s a passionate environmental advocate and activist for a number of organizations in New York and supports the sangha’s ongoing climate justice initiatives. Dan lives in Brooklyn with his wife, daughter, and dog.
