Very balanced and centered
An incredible trainer who leads with a balanced, centered presence that creates an immediate sense of clarity and focus in the room. Her ability to remain grounded transfers to others around.

Genuine experience
I had such a wonderful experience with not only try course but the warmth and genuine support and insight that Erin has. She spent extra time sharing her knowledge and references , and I am so grateful for this experience.

Competent but debilitated
Erin was a very experienced and competent facilitator/assessor / trainer.

However, I felt the "duty of care" for me and other participants was compromised by Erin's ill health, especially given this was a certified "Breathwork" course.

Erin's knowledge, instruction and guidance, was apparent but significantly compromised by her inability to talk and breathe at times due to a debilitating respiratory condition causing bouts of incessant coughing. I asked how Erin was feeling/coping and she stated "I am at the peak of this and thought about not coming"? I got the impression she may not have had a choice or felt responsible for conducting the Course.

This respiratory condition would render her speechless forcing to her to vacate the training space frequently. So apart from poor Erin not being able to deliver the course content uninterrupted, in comfort and in the professional manner I believe she was accustomed to, there was my concern of passing on the respiratory virus infection? onto myself and the participants... no mask, no instructions were given to accommodate for this situation apart from "don't hug Erin".

This was an unprofessional component of the course.

I became very unwell by the end of the 2nd day, communicating this to Erin and the other Assessors stating that I may not make the last day of training. I ended up not completing the course and leaving the next morning due to a respiratory illness.

This course was a very regrettable experience for me.
I had to cancel a pre-booked $5000, 2 week retreat in Bali as I still haven't fully recovered (as I write this 2 weeks since leaving the Breathwork Course) and would not dream of compromising other people's retreat experience at that expense, in Bali.
