About us

I use mindfulness meditation techniques in an innovative way to help busy people find the silence within and reduce stress levels and anxiety. I am looking to combine the practice with specific applications to improve areas of life by using mindfulness for confidence, work-life balance, food and eating issues and work related stress, Combined with personal development (I am also a psychotherapist) my students and clients make changes to their lives that are positive and improve happiness.
