Why study with them?
Sarah Myerson (Vocals, Percussion, Dance Leading) is an ordained cantor actively working to connect egalitarian Jewish religious with secular/cultural Yiddish communities. Currently living in Brooklyn, she has led Yiddish dance at weddings and taught workshops and private lessons in the USA, Canada, Mexico, Europe, Israel, and Australia. Sarah has studied Yiddish language in New York and Israel. She has taught Yiddish song workshops with Ethel Raim and others in the USA and Europe, and coaches private students. An active composer, she performs new works, for example with Ilya Shneyveys as Jewish spiritual music duo Shekedina. www.cantorsarahmyerson.com
