Melody Clark

About The Teacher

I practice yoga to breath, pause, evolve, flow, listen, shed, grow, float, play, laugh, cry, question, unravel, understand, wonder, surrender, be humbled, and deeply feel every moment. I practice yoga to bare my soul & to seek union with God. I am called to teach which keeps me in a constant process of learning, stretching beyond perceived limits, and constantly, quietly, humbly asking for more. My intention is to hold space for you to find healing, peace, and joy, as you embrace your individual life’s journey.

Melody is an E-RYT 200 certified instructor who offers public and private vinyasa yoga classes, a variety of workshops, and yoga events in her hometown of Baltimore, Maryland, as well as, international yoga retreats. She studied extensively in Costa Rica and continues her exploration all over the globe! Melody’s classes take you on a reflective journey that allow for healing, self-discovery, and joy to surface. She encourages students to ask, reflect, create and respect their bodies through their practice. As a former ballet student and Special Education teacher, she believes that yoga will meet each student wherever they are, and offers adjustments and modifications to suit each individual.
