As a Certified Breathwork Instructor offering therapeutic breathwork, as well as using this technique as a tool for spiritual awakening for herself and she loves to share this powerful technique with others.

Through my personal journey on self discovery, travel was always present. Travelling became my guru. During these times and in my case, living in different countries, getting to know different cultures led me to who I am now. An enterpreneur, a women, an adventurer. Who is always open to new things, and finally found the beauty in Change.
