About the Teacher
Why study with them?
Ron and Paul moved to Nosara Costa Rica in June 2021 with a desire to bring their knowledge of mindfulness meditation, sound healing and plant medicine facilitation to others. They have already networked with a team of outstanding teachers and healers to form Shiva Shambho Retreats.
Ron is a certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher (MMTCP) who is also trained as a plant medicine facilitator, using various plant-based medicines to help others heal from PTSD, trauma and other mental health disorders.
Paul has been studying and practicing in the field of Sound Therapy since 2015 and graduated from the Global Institute of Sound and Consciousness in San Francisco, CA. He has had the opportunity to study and practice with over 30 unique sound healing masters from around the globe. Paul is pleased to bring this unique vibroacoustic sound experience to Nosara, Costa Rica and has recently opened the Energy Body Wellness Center.
