About us

My official propaganda is underneath but in my work with the Walkinginspirit mindful walking and nature immersion retreat I am a more a facilitator. Nature is the real teacher and charismatic leader of this event and my role is more about looking after the guests, getting them from a to b, guiding them on some of the most spectacular walks imaginable, introducing the local mythology and and inducting them into a mindful practice based on a sensory engagement with nature.  Nature does the rest!

"Frankie has a long list of interests and areas of expertise in human development including mindfulness and motivation, eco-therapy, and group facilitation.
