About The Teacher

Katherine says that Yoga has been nothing short of a revolutionary and transformational force in her life. Trained in a variety of disciplines her primary area of curiosity has always been how to use yoga to feel healthier, more vibrant, radiant and alive. She has a particular interest in the therapeutics of Eastern approaches to wellbeing and natural medicine, which is evident in the considerate and nurturing way she teaches. She has taught and studied Ashtanga yoga, Yin yoga and Ayurveda throughout India and Asia and written a cookbook ‘Nourish’ based on all the favourite recipes she serves up as an Ayurvedic chef.
