I create and facilitate transformative experiences for leaders, teams and individuals around the world. Together, we foster community through storytelling, play, inquiry, reflection and more. We DO, imagine and redefine. We laugh in unbridled silliness like when we were kids, all to activate learning and build capabilities for work + life.
Originally from Los Angeles, I have spent 20+ years focused on a career in Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior and Human Capital Strategies, including process, leadership and executive development. I've worked and lived in Japan and China, where I focused on culture transformation, executive coaching and team development. After my time in Asia, I backpacked through 175+ cities, across 12+ countries, concentrated on observing cultural norms and the power of silence.
Today, I continue to move outside my comfort zone—often with ease, sometimes with fear. I seek new experiences and am in love with finding adventure in the epic and everyday, alike. I travel to broaden my horizons and connect with the world. I am most at home among new cultures, in remote landscapes and in far away places, yet never feel far away from my community of passionate dreamers, wanderers, changers and doers.
With the world in constant flux, we need a new set of tools to help us adapt, if not outpace, its evolution, in order to thrive professionally and personally.
I leverage personal experience and a variety of methodologies that activate curiosity and propel action to enable perpetual learning for sustainable transformation. It is my life’s work to engage with existing and emerging leaders (in business and in life) who are creative, change-ready, and who wish to shift and problem-solve for and in the world of today.
Through immersion programs, workshops or individual sessions, you’ll get you out of your comfort zone, peel away the layers and figure out the roadblocks. Together, we’ll look at habits and beliefs, both harmful and helpful. We’ll challenge assumptions and tell bold truths. We’ll DO, imagine, create, redefine and play—and belly laugh like when we were kids—to facilitate purposeful change.

To be beautiful means to be yourself. You don’t need to be accepted by others. You need to accept yourself. Thich Nhat Hanh
