About The Teacher

Jill began practicing yoga as a path toward deepening self-knowledge and healing. An avid runner, Jill appreciates the benefits of lengthening and strengthening that yoga practice cultivates, and at the same time, the profound therapeutic benefits this ancient practice provides due the inextricable connection between mind-body. Jill is a clinical social worker in private practice and in the field of hospice and palliative care. As a long-time Buddhist practitioner in the Tibetan-Vajrayana tradition, Jill utilizes yoga, meditation and breath awareness in her work with clients, patients and caregivers. Jill is committed to the authentic journey of transformation and supporting others in realizing their awakened nature and integrating it into their daily lives.
