Lisa came to yoga as a means of refuge from the hectic pace of daily life. Working full time in the business world, she quickly discovered the physical benefits of a regular practice. What slowly unfolded was a curiosity, drawing her to complete a 200-hour certification with A Yoga Practice of Georgetown, Hatha Dharma training with Chris Crotty, and Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra with Jennifer Reis. Through the generosity of her many teachers, the sharing and continued study of this ancient discipline has brought a sense of connection and spirituality. Love of the practice, combined with meditation and community continues to enrich her life. She hopes to bring to each of her students the strength and peace she has found in yoga.
