Natalie was born in the UK, but was raised in and has lived in Northern California the vast majority of her life. Her own recovery from alcohol (and all the things) is what led her to discover yoga and she fell head-over-heels in love with all things related to wellness, coaching, embodiment practices, and connecting to the Divine. She knows she has found her dharma in this incredible work she is lucky enough to do every day.
Sober since 2015, she’s an introverted-extrovert and truth-teller. She’s a lover of plants, crystals, oils, tarot, the moon, and all things woo. As a coach and champion, Natalie focuses on a holistic, trauma-informed, mind, body, spirit connection and she is well-versed in helping clients to shift old patterns, generate new ways of living and learning to show up for themselves, and helping find their way back to their authentic selves.
She’s deeply passionate about supporting people in recovery to create their own holistic and sustainable recovery plans. She believes that connection, community, and embodiment are paramount and that recovery is not one size fits all – that each person requires different modalities and pathways to create and live a life they no longer want or need to escape from. Natalie finds immense joy, satisfaction, and inspiration in seeing clients discover their own recovery journey and hopes to nurture and encourage them along the way.
Natalie lives in Northern California with her 20-year-old twin daughters and about 65 glorious plant babies. She is also a mama to a 32-year-old son and has 3 incredible grandbabies that she adores.
