I am nearing the end of a thirty day movement retreat and I have to say that practicing Acro Yoga with Mickey and Laura has been one of best if not the best part of this retreat. They make Acro Yoga so fun and accessible to everyone. Their instrution is very clear and precise with a strong emphasis on saftey, they are also very in incouraging, which is nice. These two love Acro Yoga and it shows in their ability to share it with anyone who want to learn. I am very impressed :)

Laura and Mickey are wonderful teachers! Humorous, patient, and full of insight and little tips that make a world of difference! I had taken acro-yoga a few times previously and had written it off as not for me. I am tall and heavy, I have more interest in flying but figured my body restricted me to mostly basing. In other acro-yoga classes I had taken this had been true. Laura and Mickey had me up in the air in the first class and feeling confident about it. The detailed tips they gave made all the difference. Laura’s yin yoga classes are also amazing! And to watch this couple perform…WOAH!!!! Thank you Laura and Mickey!

I am currently taking a month long dance camp in Costa Rica with Laura & Mickey and I absolutely love their acro yoga class!!! I look forward to it every day. Laura is really amazing at articulating good form, safety, and teaching the practice of acro yoga. Mickey is really good at being the base and flying Laura in their demonstrations, as well as helping students to get into the poses and showing us how to spot eachother (safety). They also have a number of great partner stretches and warm-up moves, and help us all see how strong we are! So blessed to get a whole month with these two!! <3
