About the Teacher
Why study with them?
Is of German-Berber origin and has been in contact with indigenous communities since a young age. She’s the mother of a Huni Kuin child and is a long-time apprentice and messenger of the Amazon forest, its medicines, and indigenous cultures.
For the last 4 years she has been working with the Huni Kuin people of Caucho, supporting the community in creating projects that strengthen their culture, spirituality, traditional practices, while also protecting their forest home.
She has traveled for the last 7 years with indigenous spiritual leaders, bringing the message of the forest around the globe with the intention of awakening the sensitivity in people's hearts to become part of these great projects that will support indigenous communities, protect the Amazon forest and help the planet.
