My name is Jane Fijak and my passion is to bring wellness to others through Yoga, movement, Meditation, stillness, and many teachable practical techniques. I teach alignment based, mindful Hatha Yoga and have studied Yoga and Yoga Nidra in India. My practice has evolved as I have and I teach, catering to the physical, mental, and emotional needs of my students. I have had a daily Meditation practice for 10 years and completed a year long Meditation teacher training through The Temple of Kriya Yoga in 2010. Through my training and practice as a Wellness Coach and background as a Personal Trainer, I help others incorporate Yoga, Meditation, exercise and other modes of healthy living into their daily lives.
