Christina Clapperton is a Counsellor/Clinical Social Worker and owner of Bliss Mental Health in Nelson, BC, Canada.

Christina is a certified EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapist. Her EMDR therapy incorporates inner child work and heals dissociative and behavioural patterns that developed out of traumatic experiences. She also offers a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, as well as Indigenous and spiritual/mindfulness approaches for anxiety, depression, interpersonal conflict, addictions, and chronic pain. She is also a substance abuse assessment professional.

Christina is also a Pachakuti Mesa Curandera, tantra practitioner, and enjoys a variety of other shamanic and spiritual practices that add to her knowledge of plant medicine support and spiritual self-care, including extensive work with Wachuma/San Pedro, Ayahuasca, and Psilocybin spirits, Kundalini yoga, Kirtan, and ecstatic dance.
