Angela is an E-RYT500 and a YogaWorks teacher trainer. With an emphasis on intelligent sequencing, clear instructions of alignment, breath and core stabilization, she challenges physical awareness, stamina, flexibility and concentration, through a dynamic practice. Angela encourages students to look beyond the physical and take the yoga state of being off the mat and into their life. She returns to her own mat, continually seeking, questioning, exploring and unfolding through the practice of asana, pranayama, meditation and both the physical and energetic bodies. On her mat, Angela feels she can be the most honest and true version of herself.
