About The Teacher

Craig (BS, EYRT-200) is co-Owner of New World Wellness and an educated, registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance, holding over 10 years’ practice, education, and experience in ancient yogic & mindfulness techniques.  Craig is also co-trainer of the New World Wellness Yoga Teacher Training Program, which is a 200-hr yoga school approved by the Yoga Alliance.  In addition, Craig instructs weekly group yoga and meditation classes at New World Wellness and facilitates various wellness workshops, and private wellness sessions.  Craig is a member of “Bolo”, which is a Kirtan group that is dedicated to raising consciousness through the practice and repetition of mantra.  Craig’s focus and dedication to these teachings is to assist others in experiencing the health and peace of integration in mind/body/spirit, which ultimately transcends personal suffering on all levels within the individual that will eventually lead to global harmony, peace, and health for all beings.  Craig’s passion for liberation, peace and wellness is evident in each one of his classes, workshops, trainings, and private sessions.
