Jenn is a registered yoga teacher and has taught yoga in the San Francisco Bay Area for a decade. Through her yoga workshops and classes, she facilitates healing and strengthening in her students and nurtures their progress and self-confidence. Jenn was certified by Tias Little, one of the leading yoga anatomy teachers in the country, and has been privileged to assist him at Yoga Journal Conference workshops. Her classes are distinguished by highly focused alignment work and invigorating sequences balanced by the release of therapy rolling.

I have known Jenn for over 25 years and have been a part of her retreats for several years now. I have dealt with chronic shoulder, hip and glute pain for over a decade now, and have been misdiagnosed many times. After working with my body, Jenn was able to figure out the true issue within just a couple sessions and has been a tremendous help in my healing process. She intimately understands the way bodies work, move and have their being, and she knows how to bring alignment and abundance to not only the body, but to the mind and spirit as well. Jenn is truly an incredible teacher and resource, and her wealth of knowledge of how bodies work and how to heal them is beyond anything I have seen or experienced with any other teacher. I would highly recommend Jenn, I wish there were more than 5 stars to give. You can't put a price on the value of true, lasting healing.

I have been a yoga instructor for 10 years and Jenn Gaskin is a teacher for not only students but also for teachers. I teach prenatal and postnatal classes and when I need to deepen my knowledge on the female hips, SI and Pelvic floor, Jenn is the person I ask. I have been privileged to take Jenn's retreat on the Hips/SI/ Pelvic Floor issues. Her deep knowledge, hands on approach to understanding, and lovely demeanor, makes learning enjoyable. It's impossible to walk away from any of her classes without learning something new. I really enjoyed spending time in beautiful Ukiah, CA. The house is surrounded by natural beauty and away from the hustle and bustle of regular life. It was the perfect setting to refocus, study, learn and practice yoga.

Jenn Gaskin is a wonderful yoga teacher and a compassionate woman. For many years I have enjoyed the challenge of her classes and I recently had the pleasure of joining one of her retreats. On retreat, there was a real feel of being taken care of and supported. She brought us through active yoga classes followed later in the day by more passive quieting yoga classes… Jenn is very knowledgeable and experienced, kind, considerate and most of all, very present with her teaching. I felt blessed to be on retreat with her. Her warmth and the beauty of the surroundings added much to meditations. thanks Jenn. ;)

Jenn's yoga classes and retreats are truly wonderful. She is an incredible teacher with great knowledge and skill. She helps you with every aspect of your practice as she beautifully explains each posture. I always leave her class feeling strong, tired and happy.

Jenn is a fantastic instructor and makes subtle changes in your practice that result in big improvements. She is very knowledgeable not only about yoga, but in anatomy in general. I feel very comfortable going to Jenn with questions and knowing she'll help me find the right answer for my body. I always feel relaxed and as though I did something great for myself after I leave one of Jenn's classes.

I have been taking yoga classes as well as yoga retreats with Jenn and it is always such a great experience. She knows yoga. She knows the human body. Her classes have a natural sequence that feels good and right on the body. Her classes are challenging and rejuvenating. Highly recommended
