About the Teacher

Why study with them?

As a ceremonialist, nature-based guide (MA in Ecopsychology) and holistic health practitioner, I've made my passion for celebrating life with heart my life's work. My approach is informed by ongoing study in the holistic health sciences over 25 years, grounded in the belief that human health is deeply embedded in an ecological context—the health of people and planet go hand-in-hand. This foundation took root through a decade working in organic gardening, permaculture, biodynamic agriculture, European herbalism, and Goethean plant science, and over the past 10 years, I've placed ritual and ceremony at the heart of my approach as a way of tending and guiding our life force. I am currently nearing completion of my Diploma in Acupuncture, deepening this integrative path.

With two decades of experience in ecopsychology and ecospirituality, I draw on ritual, ceremony, and earth-based practices to help people come into deeper relationship with their bodies, their soulful selves, and the wild world. Trained as a celebrant, I place story-tracking and the creation of empowering narrative at the centre of this work, seeking each day to fall in love with the world at our fingertips and to embrace Rumi's invitation to "let the beauty we love be what we do." I bring together these many streams to create a safe and sacred space to honor your unfolding journey. Some of the teachers and lineages I apprentice with include Bill Plotkin (Animas Valley Institute), Francis Weller, and Joanna Macy's Work That Reconnects.
