Elmo Painter-Edington, LPC, SEP is a licensed psychotherapist and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner who specializes in grief, trauma, pleasure, and play. She has a background in comedy, and firmly believes that playfulness is medicine - yes, for adults! Elmo is uniquely skilled at liberating people from the grip of shame, and compassionately supporting people that may not feel like they fit into a box.
