I have B.S. in Health Promotion and Wellness with an emphasis in Personal Training and am certified in Advanced Personal Training through AFAA. Classes I have taught include Boot Camp, Free Weight Interval Training for Women, Healthy Eating Every Day, Pre-Post Natal, and Youth Fitness. I truly enjoy helping people achieve their fitness goals and watching them create healthy lifestyles.
