About The Teacher
I was introduced to yoga by a friend six years ago & since then yoga has become an integral part of my life. From my daily practice I’ve noticed physical benefits as well as increased mental clarity & inspiration. Finally, I gave up my job after 10 years & decided to travel India seeking further knowledge about yoga. I found that, yoga is not only a healthy exercise but also an attitude to life. I learnt what love is & how to care compassionately for everyone around me; how to control emotions & even how to eat! Therefore, I hope by sharing the various benefits of Yoga that I’ll share my happiness & my love to everyone. Besides yoga, music is a huge inspiration in my life. I am a bass player in my band & have performed live many times. I love to play guitar and chant kirtan with everyone. RYT 200 from the Sivananda Yoga and Vedanda centers.
