Susan is the Managing Director of the Naramata Centre. Susan has spent her career supporting non profit and for profit professional firms as a change management consultant and senior level executive. Her facilitation and workshop experience includes leadership at several National level profit and not for profit conferences and University of Toronto, continuing education. Susan is also a published author on a range of topics from strategic planning to mergers and acquisitions.
As a CPA, CA and a retired former member of the Certified Management Consultants of Canada, she has the breadth and depth of skills to address numerous business focus areas.
