Kim and Susan MacMillan

About the Teacher

Why study with them?

Kim and Susan have lived in beautiful Salmon Arm for 43+years. Kim has a long history with the Centre starting with a life-changing youth event in 1965. He attended Winter Session and attended or led many workshops, human interaction labs, and retreats. Kim is active in the music program at his local United Church, assists with the technology of live streaming worship, and has served the wider church as a Presbytery-based Conference Minister. A lifelong teacher, Susan sings in one of the choirs and volunteers at St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church. Each value and appreciates the other’s tradition and has been enriched by the differences. Kim and Susan met through their active involvement in community theatre, whether as actors, directors, or producers. They enjoy Nordic skiing, cycling, and camping, reveling in the natural world whenever possible. They are excited to be back at Naramata Centre as campground hosts.
