Jun is a dedicated student of hatha yoga, meditation, tantra and Ayurveda. Her teaching skillfully weaves the practices of hatha yoga to awaken fire and remove obstacles within so that you may reveal and remember your natural state of meditative awareness and ease of heart.

Jun was granted a certificate to teach by Hari-Om Yoga School under the guidance of Marco Mandrino where she learned the real heart of practice, and is influenced by her studies in the Iyengar tradition.
Jun is also a certified Massage Therapist and Registered Nurse expanding her understanding of body mechanics and how to safely move.
