About The Teacher
Anne-Catherine has studied Hotel Management in 2001. She worked in the food & service industry for Canadian Pacific Hotels/Fairmont Hotels for over 6 years. In 2003, she opened her own organic food store in Ottawa, Canada. She is now studying naturopathy and practising the art of culinary cooking as a private Chef in between Canada and Costa Rica. Her main passion is to cook using ‘clean foods’ that are organic and/or local.
