About The Teacher
Anna has been a long-term student of yoga, pilates, and dance. She fell in love with yoga at a young age and has studied everything from Ashtanga, Bikram, Anusara, Vinyasa, and of course Power Yoga. In the fitness world, she has tried just about anything that will work up a sweat and increase strength. Anna did her training (200 hr YA) with Travis Elliot and Rudy Mettia from Santa Monica Power Yoga.
