Lee has over a decade of teaching experience in the world of Group Fitness, teaching classes such as; Body Pump, Body Attack, Body Combat and Group Cycle - Rpm. It was these gruelling workouts that eventually inhibited Lee's body as she continued to lose mobility and was constantly injured.
Lee had a vision about becoming a Yoga Teacher and being rehabilitated mentally and physically through Yoga. In 2012 she made it happen and has been teaching yoga ever since.
It is because of Lee's hardships in Yoga that she feels gives her a better insight into how the everyday person experiences their practice. Lee's mission in life is to make Yoga accessible to everybody. It has given her so much peace of mind and nurturing in the physical body that Lee feels it would be a shame if people missed out on all of these benefits.
Currently, Lee runs Ashtanga Retreats on the Maltese island Gozo, choosing this practice having been moved physically, spiritually and emotionally by it for many years now. Lee recently completed her Ashtanga Yoga Teacher training course with David Swenson and enjoys sharing the joy from this practice with all who come to her Retreat.
