About us

Tania leads inspirational yoga classes using the breath to open the body and improve postural alignment. After 15 years of regular yoga practice, she studied with the Amrita School of Yoga to qualify as a Traditional Hatha Yoga teacher. She has also studied with Claire Missingham(VinyasaFlow), Charlotte Bliss (Sivananda yoga), Janet Evans(Vini yoga), Dan Levitas (Ashtanga yoga), Nigel Gildersen (Hatha yoga), Christopher Gladwell (radikal freedom), Uma Dinsmore-Tuli, Sitaram (pregnancy and baby yoga). Tania continues to develop her classes by integrating the most valuable teachings from all the different schools of yoga she has studied, creating wellrounded classes, invigorating and mindful.

Why Retreat?

Reconnecting with myself after a very crazy few months with a new baby! Just having that feeling of being grounded again. But also having an opportunity to connect with new amazing people. Retreat Guru's Vision

We believe human beings are innately wise, strong and kind. This wisdom, although not always experienced, is always present. Going on retreat is a beautiful way to reconnect to our basic sanity and health.
