Sadhna has been teaching yoga for the last six years and has been a practicing Yogic psychotherapy for over 20 years, a licensed psychotherapist and a certified Yoga Alliance, USA yoga teacher. She has dedicated her life educating and imparting lifestyle changes to her clients in East and West through supportive, non- judgmental way utilizing holistic and Integrative approach of mind, body and heart. Her specialization and vast knowledge of psycho-neurobiology of mind and functional anatomy of body has been acclaimed in USA and in India.. She has been educated and trained in the world class institutions of East and West which brings a unique progressive approach to her work intertwining anatomy knowledge in Yogic practices for body, behavioral neuropsychology for mind. Her personal belief is that you are what you eat, thus, she believes and practices Ayurveda and Naturopathy along with nutritive sciences.. She coaches and speaks internationally on holistic health issues and teaches yogic functional anatomy to students' world over. On a lighter side she indulges in Ayurvedic cooking and intuitive yogic art training for her students. She teaches her students an understanding of the relationship between diet, attitudes, lifestyle and wellness. She integrates the healing benefits of yoga and uses this knowledge to help others in developing a deeper mind-body connection. She lives passionately a yogic life and travels extensively.
