Marilee is an E-RYT 500 Hour Yoga Alliance Registered Teacher with 15+ years experience. "I believe there are many great styles of yoga to follow, but I like variety, as do my guests, so I try to incorporate the best of all hatha yoga, Iyengar, Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Power as well as Restorative and Yin practice. The most important aspect of all yoga is to breathe, stay present and let the body, mind and soul experience each other." Marilee is also a Personal Trainer, GX Instructor of Yoga, Meditation, Spin, TRX, Muscle & Core Strength, Aqua-Fit, Pilates and Silver Sneakers.
