El Juego

El Juego (“The Game”) is a group of around 30 people living together as a community based in Colombia since 2016. Throughout their time together, they have faced many challenges and conflicts and have developed a wide range of intervention and conflict resolution techniques (which they call doors). These techniques have allowed them to transform those conflicts into opportunities for healing and to grow a deep connection with themselves and between each other and to live more harmonious as a collective and as individuals.

Since a couple of years El Juego is sharing those techniques with individuals and groups from all over the world.

El Juego is made up of people from different parts of the world, with a wealth of stories, cultures, qualities and qualifications. They spend their time experimenting with their daily lives in order to constantly improve their methods and strengthen as a group. The result is a variety of unique methods which they apply according to the particularity of each situation.

Most importantly, it is rooted in our own lived experiences.
