Her work bridges science and spirit - creating sacred containers for women to be held, witnessed, and supported as they release what no longer serves and awaken to the wisdom within. Through Breathwork, somatic touch, and energy healing, Russi facilitates profound nervous system regulation, emotional liberation, and soul remembrance.
