Daisy Windsor

Daisy is a master of using nature to all it's benefits, while living sustainably and running her own homestead. Using her extensive knowledge of plants, flowers and nature, she grows, preserves and dries her own fruit, vegetables and herbs and understands the benefits of each one, how they work together on a medicinal level as well as the taste, smell and colour.
Daisy also grows and dries her own flowers, to create spectacular pressed-flower artworks.
As well as being an expert in all things floral, Daisy has been a singer-songwriter for 25 years and has toured throughout the UK with her band, The Floozies. Daisy will often entertain guests at retreats, bringing along her guitar and fabulous singing voice!
