Jeff Tretsven & Lynn McLellan

Jeff Tretsven has spent most of his adult life in a teaching role. First as an electronics instructor in the Navy where he was acknowledged as a Master Training Specialist. Following that he was a trainer in both the semiconductor industry and aerospace industry. As soon as he found out about Nonviolent Communication he knew he wanted to teach it. Jeff has attended training from 22 certified CNVC trainers for over 400 hours of training. He has taken NVC mediation training in the year long immersion training and small claims and family mediation with the Oklahoma Supreme court. He teaches classes, workshops, communication coaching, mediation.



Lynn McLellan has been teaching NVC for over 3 1/2 years now. She is the CEo of the non-profit Compassionate People Foundation, compassionatepeople.org. Empathy sessions with Lynn are offered by appointment on compassionateinteractions website. She also runs a business Compassionate People Dog Treats which at present donates all of the profits to Compassionate People Foundation in it's beginning stages. In the years previous to teaching NVC, her love for children led her holding the position of teacher, operations manager and co-director for over 20 years in Early Childhood schools. She is now approved by Center for Early Childhood Development to teach NVC to teachers for Continuing Ed credits. She loves seeing teachers benefiting from creating a compassionate classroom.
